A free wireless mesh network is being set up in the Iowa cities of Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, and Coralville thanks to the efforts of non-profit organization Corridor Free Wireless Network (cFreeWireless). According to the company, mesh networking equipment will be provided by Strix Systems and a regional ISP, Avalon Networks, will play a role in delivering services to users.
